Founded in 2010 by five country players who wanted city competition with a country atmosphere, Walkerville has grown into one of the largest clubs in the Adelaide Metropolitan Netball Division.

How we got here
From five country players with a dream, to a club that steps onto the state's biggest netball stage.
Walkerville Netball Club is founded, built on one idea: city competition, with a country atmosphere.
B3 and B5 both take the flag. Two years in, and Walkerville has its first silverware.
A junior program launches at Walkerville, with help from the Adelaide Cougars Netball Club. The same year, the club fields its first A Grade side.
Walkerville is promoted to the AMND League, the top of the metro competition and the last stop before Premier League.
Three consecutive AMND League premierships, undefeated across those League seasons, and back-to-back Netball SA club awards in 2023 and 2024.

Walkerville's first Netball SA Premier League season ends in a preliminary final. Inter 1 takes the court for the first time too. Thirty-seven premierships and counting.

Our ethos
Our netball program is built on a simple belief: high performance and great culture go hand in hand. Every training session has a purpose, every coach is invested in player development, and every athlete is expected to contribute to a team-first culture.
We value accountability, relentless effort and the courage to keep improving, without ever losing sight of why we play. We know our players have families, careers and study outside netball, and we back them to thrive in all of it. Winning matters. How we win matters just as much.
