Training · 2026How we got here
Walkerville competes in the Hospital Research Foundation Group Premier League, the pinnacle of netball in South Australia and the level directly beneath the Thunderbirds. We got there on the back of years of succcess in the AMND and an established, successful player development pathway.
Who we are
Our Premier League and Reserves squads bring together 23 athletes, led by an experienced coaching panel. These are the players who represent Walkerville with pride, on and off the court.
Meet the team

Our ethos
Our Premier League program is built on a simple belief: high performance and great culture go hand in hand. Every training session has a purpose, every coach is invested in player development, and every athlete is expected to contribute to a team-first culture.
We value accountability, relentless effort and the courage to keep improving, without ever losing sight of why we play. We know our players have families, careers and study outside netball, and we back them to thrive in all of it. Winning matters. How we win matters just as much.

Our coaches
Every coach here is invested in player development. We hold professional standards with genuine connection, at training, in the gym and courtside on game night.
PLFrom Kindy Cats to elite
Every Premier League player started somewhere. Ours started in the same community programs that still run every week at Walkerville.
Player wellbeing
A Premier League program is only as strong as the support around it. Ours is built into the week.

A court of our own. Training at The W Recreation Centre, in the heart of Walkerville.
Expert-led programs that build power, resilience and durability, customised to each player and completed in their own time.
In partnership with Motum. One dedicated physio at training and on game day, who knows our players across the whole season, with priority care in the studio.
We know our players have families, careers and study outside netball, and we back them to thrive in all of it.
