The story

Across nearly two decades in elite South Australian netball, first as a player, then as a coach, Laura has built a reputation for the kind of coaching that turns potential into performance. She challenges athletes, drives standards, and brings tactical clarity to both training and game day.

In 2024 she was Head Coach of a Premier League Reserves squad, and her broader coaching career spans State Team and high-performance squad management. By day, Laura is Learning Area Leader for Health & PE at St Mary's College. As Assistant Coach to Kate Semiz, Laura helps lead the Cats into our inaugural Premier League season, bringing an approach that's competitive, disciplined and team-first.
