Walkerville's preschool netball program for boys and girls aged 3–5. Forty-five minutes of games, music and fruit platters every Sunday during school terms.

The competition

No rules. No pressure.

Kids develop fundamental movement skills like throwing, catching, balancing and running in a supportive, high-energy environment. There's no rules, no pressure and no expectation, just enthusiastic kids, modified equipment and coaches who know that big energy is everything. Sessions run Sundays at 10am during school terms at either SAUCNA Courts, Wayville, or Netball SA, Mile End.

01Who is Kindy Cats for?

Boys and girls aged 3 to 5. Previously called Net Set Go, Kindy Cays is a first introduction to netball and team sport, with no rules, no pressure and no expectation.

02Where and when does the session run?

Sundays at 10am for 45 minutes. Most sessions are at the SAUCNA courts on the corner of Anzac Highway and Goodwood Road, Wayville, with a few at the Mile End Sports Complex. We'll confirm the venue before each session.

Sessions run year-round across two seasons: summer from October to March, and winter from April to September. Each season covers sixteen sessions and a team lunch to finish.

03What should my child bring to Kindy Cats?

Comfortable clothing they can move in, enclosed shoes, a drink bottle and a sun-safe hat. We provide all netball equipment, including modified size balls, bibs, cones and goals.

03Do I need to stay with my child?

Yes. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the session.

05What does Kindy Cats cost?

Kindy Cats is $120 + GST ($132 total) for the full summer or winter program, that covers sixteen sessions and fresh fruit for the kids at every session.

New participants also purchase a Walkerville training shirt for $38 ex. GST as part of registration (you'll pick a size when you register). Returning Kindy Cats who already have their shirt don't need another one.

Places are limited, and returning participants get priority access before registration opens to new families.
