Leads Walkerville's high-performance pathway, and coaches Premier League Reserves in 2027.

The story

Kate leads Walkerville's high-performance program across Premier League, Premier League Reserves, AMND and Intermediates, connecting the pathway from senior netball through to the club's top squad.

Her coaching record speaks for itself: six premierships in eight seasons, three consecutive undefeated AMND League campaigns, and a Preliminary Final in Walkerville's first year at Premier League level. She holds an Advanced Coaching Accreditation (10+ years) and a National A Badge umpiring qualification, with prior roles spanning Premier League Reserves coaching, Coach Education and Player Development Management.

In 2026 Kate led our inaugural Premier League squad alongside Assistant Coach Laura Gilbert and specialist coach Jane Woodlands-Thompson. In 2027 she takes direct responsibility for coaching Premier League Reserves, putting one of the club's most experienced coaches at the point where players make the step up.

Past experience

Kate's eight seasons at Walkerville Netball Club have taken the senior program from B1 Premiers to undefeated League Champions, three years running.
