Coaches and Umpires are an integral part of our club foundrations. WNC is looking for enthusiastic people who are a good cultural fit, to join our club in these roles for the upcoming season.
Coaching

Coaches are paid an honorarium per training and game. Payments are tiered, dependent on your level of accreditation.
You can coach jointly with a mate (but note that payments are split).
If you are interested in mentoring or shadowing a coach, we’d love to hear from you too. Please note, these positions generally receive a small honorarium.
Umpiring

If you are interested in learning to become an umpire and would like to participate in our Coloured Shirt Umpire Program, please indicate this in your application. Our program will endeavor to provide extensive training as well as mentoring and support at games for all CSP umpires, with the aim to develop their skills and confidence as officials for WNC.
